Ezhova A. Genital endometriosis at women with barreness: forecasting and early diagnostics.

Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of diagnostics genital endometriosis at women with barreness on a basis improvements forecasting and diagnostic actions with use the basic anamnestical clinical and laboratory given. Prevalence of secondary female barreness in comparison with primary at women with genital endometriosis is shown. It is caused by high level of the burdened reproductive anamnesis, use intrauterine contraception and considerable frequency of the transferred gynecologic manipulations and operations. It is established interrelation between anamnestical, clinical and laboratory changes patients with various barreness forms genital endometriosis. It has allowed to expand available the data about patogenesise given pathologies, and also scientifically to prove necessity improvements algorithm forecasting and diagnostic actions that allows to spend in due time correction treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The algorithm forecasting actions for increase of efficiency of early diagnostics genital endometriosis on the basis of test table use major factors of risk of the given pathology is offered.
