Essay

The aim is to develop new design and to improve the technology of footwear using microwave energy. To achieve this goal the following tasks have been completed: a mathematical model for determining the rational adhesive composition has been developed; a new formulation of adhesive with the addition of leikonat and fillers has been developed; the rational modes of radiation of sewn seams with microwave energy for shoe uppers have been determined; exposure modes of adhesive seam with microwave energy to improve the heat resistance and bonding strength of soles with shoe uppers have been defined; the technological modes of special footwear radiation have been found; the new design and technology for manufacturing footwear with improved performance and protective properties has been developed, which has been tested in a production environment.
