Samko N. Financial and credit system under transition from real to financial economy

The dissertation deals with transformation of financial and credit system under transition from real to financial economy. The most important feature of the model is transition to institutional orientation of transformational changes, combined with new elements of effective state regulation in the field of finance and credit, to ensure financial stability and macroprudential policy is found out. Financial economy is special phenomenon of change when economic activity moves from production to sphere of finance is studied. It followed by financial and credit system integration in the most important processes of real economy, growth of circulation of capital in financial markets, increasing of speculative component of financial sector.
