Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of immunopathogenesis features of ischemic heart disease and alcoholic cardiomyopathy. We used clinical laboratory, immunological and statistical methods. Established that alcohol consumption leads to dysfunction of phagocytic activity of neutrophils, reducing the general reductive-oxidative activity, bactericidal activity of neutrophils and reduce the total number of T-lymphocytes and T-lymphocytes, increase the number of T-cytotoxic lymphocytes, the relative number of B-lymphocytes , the level of average molecular circulating immune complexes compared with patients with ischemic heart disease and the control group. In patients with alcoholic cardiomyopathy detected activation of killer immunity. Established that the alcohol in excessive amounts causes dysfunction of cytokine system, namely: increased levels of cytokines. Interleukin-2 was significantly higher in patients suffering from ischemic heart disease. Relationship revealed violations on the part of the immune system and cytokine confirmed the established correlation.
