Thesis focuses on examination of the issues of preventing juvenile delinquency through creation of juvenile justice system. The paper mirrors the place of the juvenile justice in the system of preventing juvenile delinquency, proposes its definition by the author. A number of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Judiciary and Status of Judges", the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine and the Concept of Juvenile Criminal Justice in Ukraine have been formulated by the author, as well as changes to the draft law "On probation" have been developed.
