Semchuk N. Crime protection morality of minors: the comparative legal study.

The dissertation deals with the research of the issues of criminal responsibility for crimes against morality of minors under the legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries. Determined definitions and methodological framework of the study. Investigates the objectively and subjectively signs of crime envisaged by part 2, art. 181, art. 150, art. 150-1, part 2, art. 299, part 2, 3 art. 300, part 2, 3, 4, 5, art. 301, part 3 art. 302, part 3, 4 art. 303, art. 304 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Basic attention is given on comparative legal and historical aspects of the regulation of responsibility for this crimes. Based on this investigation, the author establishes the foreign approaches in research of the issues and proposes to provide a new Criminal Code of Ukraine section on accountability for crimes against minors.
