The dissertation explores the features of crimes against the order of bearing and passing of military service. Emphasis is placed on crimes against the order of passage of said service: willful abandonment of a military unit or place of service, desertion and evasion of military service by self-mutilation or other means. Proposals of improvement of theoretical provisions and current legislation are made.
