In the thesis a theoretical ground is presented and the directions of the practical decision of actual scientific problem with the improvement of organization of medical aid to the patients with the acute stroke and by an analysis of the treatment schemes of patients which were not hospitalized.Causes of out-patient treatment and home treatment of the patients with the acute stroke are studied. The index of lethal outcomes/ recoveries of out-patient treatment is established. The features of clinical situation, the motion of the acute stroke on out-patient treatment are determined.The research results are inculcated in a treatment process in the policlinic of Chernigov city hospital № 2, the information sheet about the innovation in the sphere of health protection is given out
