Essay

Using hygienic, medico-social, clinical studies it was found: peculiarities of hygienic work conditions in main occupational groups of workers of enterprises of the manganese-ore industry in modern conditions; medico-statistical characteristics of the general, work-related and occupational morbidity have been established (according to all classes of diseases of ICD-10); the etiological role of main harmful factors of work conditions in formation of work-related and occupational morbidity has been determined; peculiarities of development and the course of clinical, morphological changes in organs of the respiratory system, nervous system, in the immune homeostasis have been identified; there have been scientifically grounded measures of earlier diagnostics and the complex prophylaxis of work-related and occupational morbidity.
