The thesis contains an analysis of public administration in the humanitarian sphere in Ukraine. It has been proved that the essence of public administration in humanitarian sphere constitute the activities of public authorities aimed at ensuring and satisfying public health, cultural, spiritual, educational, and cognitive human needs.The author comes up with the propositions on how to improve the public administration in the humanitarian sphere. The nature of cooperation between Ukraine and international organizations in the humanitarian sphere, as well as its influence on the formation of the humanitarian policy in Ukraine has been analyzed.
