The thesis on the complex theoretical – methodological and application level analyzes the role of the Interior as a part of the state apparatus in the context of globalization and outlines the possibility of future use of the scientific results in the formation of conceptually different public policy in Ukraine in the field of human rights and law enforcement.The author describes historiography and defines the basic concepts and theories of globalization affecting the activities of the law enforcement bodies.
