Kazmir L. Organizational and economic principles of ecologically sustainable agricultural land use

Dissertation is devoted to the systematization and deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations as well as practical recommendations on organizational and economic provision of environmentally sustainable agricultural land use in terms of transformation of land relations in Ukraine. This paper deals with conceptual points and strategic priorities on the modernization of the agricultural land use management system. Changes over the land resources utilization system in the Lviv region that have occurred in the course of land reform have been analyzed. Classification of the main challenges over the agricultural land management in the region was conducted. The structural model of the land management ensuring system of organization ecologically sustainable land use in an agrarian sphere has been suggested. The author's conception toward development of the rural areas land management has been suggested, as well as feasibility of compiling comprehensive organization schemes of the territory of administrative territorial units of baseline justified. The author gives an algorithm of landscape-ecological microzoning of the agricultural enterprises territory, which enables its automated implementation.
