Sitsinskiy N. Mechanisms of state administration in sphere of contractual-legal registration of the state border of Ukraine

In this thesis for the first time there was made a complex research of the state administration mechanisms in sphere of contractual-legal registration of the state border of Ukraine, in which problems of contractual-legal registration of the state border of Ukraine and their further solutions by improvement of the state administration mechanisms were elicited. In addition, there were worked out research and practice recommendations on contractual-legal registration of the state border of Ukraine, which, in whole, can solve urgent task of the policy of national security of Ukraine. Proved, that the main task of the state policy in sphere of contractual-legal registration of the state border of Ukraine is determination of the single juridical status of the state border along its whole length, that must assure protection of national interests, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
