Savelyeva O. Efficiency Increase in the System of Socially Oriented Management at Enterprise

Dissertation is devoted to resolving theoretical, methodical and applied problems of increasing the efficiency of socially oriented management system at a pharmaceutical enterprise. As far as the notion of "socially oriented management" is concerned, its definition has been generalized. The author's approach to consider the process of social management as a three-level system from individual, micro-social and macro-social viewpoints has been offered. The conceptual model of socially oriented management has been developed on the basis of competence approach. The social and psychological components of personnel which influence the improvement of enterprise's socially oriented management have been distinguished. The research techniques of socially oriented behavior of pharmaceutical enterprises have been substantiated. Guidance on scientific methods and methodological principles regarding the analysis of impact factors of socially oriented management at pharmaceutical enterprises has been elaborated. The organizational structure to manage a socially oriented pharmaceutical enterprise has been propounded. There has been determined the synergetic model of process to improve the system of socially oriented management.
