Cheban O. Criminality of homeless minors: criminological characteristics and ways of preventing

At first time the dissertation explores precisely neglected and homeless minors, their criminality and ways to prevent this criminality. The author formulates own concept and notion of "neglected minors" and "homeless minors", and also determines portrait of a homeless juvenile based on empirical and scientific criminal proceedings of certain contingent, and criminological characteristics of offender developed by science. Also specific measures to combat and prevent the criminality of homeless minors in general, special criminological and individual levels are proposed. The author derived a set of inter related measures to prevent criminality of homeless minors to the distribution business functions to prevent these crimes.
