Korenniy E. Mortgage lending in Ukraine: multiplier and social effects

Dissertation is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the implementation of positive social and economic effects of mortgage lending in Ukraine and the development of recommendations to address its destructive effect on the banking system. Considerable attention is paid to the study of the theoretical foundations of the construction of mortgage relations and the development of mortgage lending. Clarified the relationship and interdependence of elements of mortgage relations (mortgage, mortgage lending, mortgage market), in particular, stated the evolutionary nature of their development.
