Ohman О. Rights application in Ukraine of physical effects, special means and weapons against prisoners in detention

The dissertation is based on a comprehensive analysis of research in science problems associated with the use of prisoners detained in Ukraine, of physical effects, special means and firearms, and extracted empirical material revealed the concept and content of these security measures and identified legal gaps, causing in some cases, instances of staff misconduct colonies on these issues. In addition, set the current state (2006-2013 years) trends and apply to persons serving sentences of imprisonment, of physical effects, special tools and weapons, and determined the proportion of each of them in the structure of all applications, places such operations personnel (duty of penal institutions) and the most active applications hours during the day (60,0 % are between 9 to 18 hours).
