Shpilarevych V. Criminal-law security measures

The concept of criminal-law security measures is developed in the present dissertation; it is analyzed features inherent criminal-law security measures, as well as it is examined the history of the formation and development of criminal-law security measures. It is studied subjects of realization of criminal-law security measures, principles and basis for its application and the main directions of modern criminal-law policy of Ukraine in the sphere of using the criminal-law security measures. As a result it is investigated scientific proposals aimed for providing proper regulatory settlement of the criminal-law security measures institute through amendments and additions to the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
