Essay

The object of the investigation are globalization and culture in their dynamics. The aim is analysis of the impact of globalization on national cultures and confirmation of authenticity as a productive concept for understanding the logic of modern transformations. The methods The issue of the research requires complex methodological approach therefore was used as a general scientific and authors methodology. The theoretical results of the thesis and its novelty. For the first time, outlined possibilities for updating the concept of authenticity for philosophical-anthropological study of culture as a self-sufficient and productive concept that reflects the close relationship between the person and the national culture in modern conditions and make such communication necessary for its self-awareness; authenticity is considered in two dimensions: instrumental-rational and moral-ethical; national cultures identified as authentic for property that cannot be removed, but must be perceived by the human self-realization in their horizons; found semantic impropriety concept of "global culture" to refer to any process of cultural environments; asked to review the process of globalization as a certain stage of cultural genesis. The theoretical thesis contribute to clarifying the further research in the areas of global culture and show strong potential and significance of the category of authentication for philosophical anthropology and philosophy of culture. The practical significance of the thesis. Results of the study can be used in the preparation of textbooks and teaching materials, as well as in the practice of teaching courses on the philosophy of culture, philosophical anthropology, the history of national and world culture.
