Tanko A. Criminological characteristic and prevention of threats or violence against the law enforcement officers

Criminal and law features of threats or violence against the law enforcement officers (article 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) are described in the research. The quantitative and qualitative indices of threats or violence against the law enforcement officers in Ukraine are established. The criminological characteristics of criminal person, who commits threatening or violence against the law enforcement officers is given. Complex of determination factors of threats or violence against law enforcement officers is identified, analyzed and explained. The system of prevention measures of threats and violence against the law enforcement officers is established.
