Dissertation is a theoretical analysis of the legal regulation of contractual arrangements related to the acquisition of house ownership on the basis of the purchase-sale contract. The place of the purchase-sale contract among other legal facts of acquiring ownership rights to residential facilities is investigated. The features of housing legal regime as the subject of the purchase-sale contract are established. Essential terms that make up the content of the purchase-sale contract are found out. It is defined side's rights and obligations under the purchase-sale contract. The emergence of title to housing under purchase-sale contract is specified.
