Object: The process of repair and restoration of water mains. Purpose: scientific rationale and development of technical, technological and organizational solutions of repair and restoration of water mains, increasing their useful life. Methods: A systematic analysis, method of expert evaluations, the approach of the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic, statistical analysis, feasibility study. Scientific novelty: The factors influencing the choice of method for the repair work on the water main. Using the method of expert assessments done their ranking, whereby the factors that have the greatest impact. Using fuzzy logic developed an automated information system that is the basis of procedures for the selection of rational method of production of repair work on the water main. Results: The technique of choice of rational ways of performing the repair work on the water main basis of which is an automated information system; developed in the thesis of organizational and technological recommendations for improving the useful life of water mains embedded in the activities of the CP "Harkovvodokanal."
