Krasiuk I. Value-oriented management of the bank

The thesis is devoted to the development of scientific and methodological approaches to the implementation of the concept of value-oriented management in banks (VOMB) Ukraine. The dissertation includes: theoretical background, experience and problems of VOMB's development in Ukraine and abroad; the system of chains of explicit and indirect effects of material/immaterial factors of the value formation on the interests of the bank's stakeholders, as well as channels of their influence on improvement of the VOMBs' quality; built multifactor model for evaluation of quality of the VOMB; the approach to the evaluation of the sustainability of the bank as an indicator of the efficiency of VOMB strategy and adjustment mechanism of time horizons for its implementation through consideration of the duration of assets and liabilities of the bank; the system of indicators of banks' value in Ukraine and based on them proposals for strategies of VOMB for banks from different clusters.
