The dissertation investigates the problem of procedural content guarantees of obligations of parties to criminal proceedings. The study used theoretical propositions science of criminal procedural law. Grounded theoretical positions of the parties and the classification proposed permanent signs of involvement of participants in criminal proceedings. Poshyryno descriptive definition of procedural guarantees in the case of an appeal procedural and investigative actions and search the prosecutor or the court.
