Essay

This thesis addresses the problem of optimizing clinical / diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic / preventative measures aimed at early detection and correction of neurological disorders in adolescent girls with disorders of the reproductive system. Characteristics of the nervous system in teenage girls with pathological puberty are defined. They take into account the nature of disorders of sexual development and menstrual function. It is established that neurological disorders in these patients occur in 68.3%. Most often these disorders manifest themselves as permanent autonomic nervous system dysfunction (57.3%) and paroxysmal course (42.7%), characterized by dysfunction of different levels of limbic / reticular complex (77.4%), impaired cerebral hemodynamics (87.8%) and peripheral blood disorders (56%) with neuroendocrine relations disorders which are most pronounced in patients with pubertal uterine bleeding and hypomenstrual syndrome. The effectiveness of treatment developed in this thesis has made 78-86%.
