Essay

The subject of the present research is enterprise competitive strategy formation; the aim of the work is the further development of theoretical and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for methodical support for competitive strategies of a company creating; the methods of research are dialectical method, content-analysis, statistical analysis, cluster analysis, cognitive modeling and system process approach, Saaty's hierarchies method; theoretical and practical results: theoretical basis of formation of competitive strategy which differs by the structure that includes competitiveness, competitive advantage and a key competence and competitive strategy itself ; within the theoretical basis the main aim of competitive strategy realization is providing competitiveness which must be based on determination and development of competitive advantages that depends on the market; the procedure of positioning of enterprises on the matrix of placement which unlike existed ones is formed on the base of groups of enterprises according the level of formation and using of the strategy potential; the mechanism of competitive strategy formation of an enterprise the speciality of which is the connection of system and process approaches to reveal the components of the system (principles, functions, tools and providing) and development of the stages of process competitive strategy formation taking into account the influence of forces of competition and correspondence of the concept and total strategy; the methodical approach to the choice of competitive strategy of an enterprise which in contrast with existed ones is based on using of modified methodic BOCR method of hierarchy analysis and considers, charges, possibilities and risky of an enterprise concerning the strategy choice; the scientific and theoretical determination of economical sense of the competitive strategy category in the system of economical categories of directing of an enterprise; the classification of competitive strategies the special type of which is the ground of the matrix "competitive advantage-market"; the summery of factors of the external area that impact on the competitive strategy formation of an enterprise that differs by two-levels structure of influence of factors of indirect influence through the area of direct influence on elements of theoretical basis of the competitive strategy; the level of implementation: the proposed methods implemented in practical activity of PGC "U.P.E.K", SE "KMP" FED, PGS "Finprofile"; the field of use of competitive strategy formation of machine building enterprise, study process.
