Klyvak V. Features of pregnancy and fetus condition among women with different types of herpes infection.

Object - fetoplacental complex state and condition of the fetus in pregnant women with various types of herpes infection; goal - on the basis of studies of the course of pregnancy, immunological, biochemical parameters and morphological and functional state of fetoplacental complex to determine the diagnostic criteria of violations in the "mother-placenta-fetus" in women with different types of herpes infection; methods - clinical, instrumental, immunological, biochemical, morphological, mathematics; results - the peculiarities of pregnancy, labor and the state of mothers with infants of exacerbations and remissions of various types of herpes viral infection; from the perspective of the unity of the "mother - placenta - fetus" presented peculiarities of early neonatal period neonatal morbidity structure, the degree of implementation of the risk of infections specific to the perinatal period, examined the role of assessing the dynamics of changes of immunological parameters at different stages of pregnancy in different types and stages of a herpes virus infection; morphological study of the placenta in women studied groups allowed to determine morphological markers of complications of pregnancy, depending on the type of herpes infection and disturbance of intrauterine fetal status; branch – medicine.
