Siedovolosa N. Commercial and legal foundations of innovative product exports by Ukrainian business entities.

The thesis represents an original and completed research work containing new, theoretically-substantiated results which solve, in their entirety, the scientific problem of developing theoretical scientific approaches to and specific legal framework for commercial foundations of innovative product exports by Ukrainian business entities. The dissertation is dedicated to research of legal support for export relations concerning innovative products. It is established that the following is the key factors of promotion of competitiveness of Ukraine through encouragement of innovative products export: high level of the national innovative system; introduction of product quality standards established in foreign countries; assurance of compliance with quality standards for domestic innovative products; finding and arrangement of relevant economic and legal control of production and export.
