Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of treatment of infringements reproductive and menstrual function at patients with a good-quality pathology of mammary glands on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The data about the reasons and patogenesise infringements of reproductive function at women on the basis of the established interrelations between clinical, ehografical, immunological and endocrinological infringements is expanded at a combination of infringements menstrual functions and good-quality diseases of mammary glands. The role fibroze-cystes is shown illness in development of infringements menstrual and reproductive functions. Risk factors of development of infringements reproductive and menstrual functions at women with good-quality diseases mammary glands are established. The estimation information the basic methods of research (clinical, ehografical, immunilogical and endocrinological) in diagnostics and control over efficiency of treatment-and-prophylactic actions is presented. Comparative aspects of a clinical current of barreness depending on character of infringements менструальной function and pathological changes of mammary glands are shown. the algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for decrease in frequency of infringements reproductive and menstrual functions at women with a good-quality pathology mammary glands on the basis of the stage-by-stage approach with use endoscopical methods, the directed hormonal correction and stimulation ovulation is improved and introduced.
