Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of psychosomatic and vegetative displays of a climacteric syndrome on the basis of studying of functional condition of vegetative nervous system and the psychoemotional status, and also working out and introduction of the differentiated approach to use of medicamentous therapy and psychological correction. New aspects patogenesise of climacteric syndrome on the basis of studying of frequency and structure of vegetative and psychosomatic infringements at women with a physiological and pathological current climacterical period are established. The role of infringements of vegetative regulation of warm activity and the psychoemotional status in a clinical current of climacteric syndrome, and also in development of average and heavy forms of the given pathology is shown. Comparative aspects of clinical current climactical the period are shown at development and absence of infringements of a functional condition of vegetative nervous system and changes of the psychological status. The differentiated approach to correction of vegetative and psychosomatic infringements at women with various degree weights climacterical syndrome on the basis of use of different variants of medicamentous and psychological correction is developed and introduced.
