Thesis is the first complex research of criminogenic processes in the field of corporate relations. An author analyzes the current state of criminogenic processes in that area, reveals their causes and conditions, as well as investigates the ratio of the crime situation and the institutional and legal framework for the preventing of criminogenic processes in the sphere of corporate relations.. Several recommendations aimed at the improving of the criminal legislation of Ukraine in counteraction to criminogenic processes in corporate relations are formulated.
