Punda A. The Mechanisms of Public Administration in the Sphere of Counteraction of Human Trafficking

In this dissertation theoretical grounding of mechanisms of Public Administration in the Sphere of Counteraction of Human Trafficking has been firstly made, scientific and practical recommendations to the bodies of state power as to the improvement of state administration activity of this kind have been elaborated which together solve important tasks of State policy in the Sphere of Counteraction of Human Trafficking. Problems of Counteraction of Human Trafficking have been defined for their further solving through the improvement of mechanisms of Public Administration in this field. Effective mechanisms of Public Administration in the Sphere of Counteraction of Human Trafficking have been set and it was grounded that the most important for this sphere are such mechanisms of Public Administration as: political, legal, economical, safety, organizational and social.
