Slota J. Economic legal regulation of investment activity in the conditions of Ukraine's membership in the WTO.

The Thesis is devoted to complex research of economic legal regulation of investment activity in conditions of Ukraine's membership in the WTO. Periods of historical development of the Ukrainian legislation in investment activity sphere were developed. Practical recommendations for provision and achieving of systematicity and comprehensiveness of legislative support in investment relations were formulated in the context of harmonization of the national legislative framework with the WTO agreement system, directions of increase the effectiveness of state regulation measures of investment relations with investors are defined.
