Dissertation is devoted to the nature and value of the land resources management in agriculture. Paper deals with conceptual bases on functioning and development of the land resources management system in agrosphere. Scientific-methodical bases on improvement of the land resources management system in agriculture taking into account the world experience, have been investigated. Ecological and economic analysis of the current state of agricultural land use in Ukraine has been given. The active land resources management system in agriculture of Ukraine has been assessed. Ecological and economic substantiation over trends development of the land resources management system in agriculture has been given. Scientific and methodical approaches to the estimation of land resources management in agriculture have been improved. Scheme of formation of the reproductive system of land resources and conservation of degraded and unproductive agricultural lands is suggested.
