In 86,0 % of patients, EBVI proceeds with liver's involvement in the pathological process, which to a large extent, determines the prognosis of the disease in general. Liver disease associated with EBVI manifests itself clinically as hepatomegaly (86,0 % of patients), splenomegaly (50,2 % of patients), abdominal pain syndrome (pain in the right hypochondrium, - 28,0 % of patients), nausea (50,2 % of patients), jaundice (3.3 % of patients). The early sonographic diagnostic indication has been determined, such as lymphadenopathy associated with hepatosplenomegaly and increased velocity of the blood flow in the portal vein blood pool and arterial hepatic blood flow. It was proved that the course of liver disease in children with EBVI accompanied by increasing TNF-а and HGF. Determination of TNF-а and HGF in serum can be used in clinical practice as markers of inflammation and additional criteria for evaluating the severity and prognosis of herpesviral injury of the liver. It was revealed increased level of the main regulator of the immune response of miRNA-21-3p. There were not significant changes of the miRNA-885-5p level. It is associated with positive prognosis of the course of the hepatitis in children with clinically significant forms of EBVI. It was found that developed medical complex with the inclusion of the preparations of ursodeoxycholic acid can increase the rate of regression of symptoms of the infection and more rapid normalization of the functional state of the liver.
