Dovhan O. Optimization diagnosis and treatment of infertility with chronic inflammatory diseases of the genital organs.

The thesis work is devoted to the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of infertility of women with inflammatory diseases of the genital organs. On the basis of specified scientific research data on the frequency and nature of intrauterine pathology of women with infertility on the background of inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs; is found that 67.1% of the patients endometrial changes were peculiar characteristic of chronic endometritis. Scientific concepts are enlarged about the endometrial pathology and reception to steroid hormones during the foreseen period "window of implantation", which is confirmed by by lack of estrogen receptors in endometrial glands and stroma and decreased levels of progesterone reception in the stroma of infertility of women with chronic inflammatory diseases of the genital organs. The role of plasmacytic marker and endometrium proliferation Ki-67 - as a prognostic factor of endometrial hyperplastic processes of infertility of women with chronic inflammatory diseases of the genital organs. Improved and implemented pathogenetically substantiated treatment-and-diagnostic complex of women with infertility on the background of inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs and proved its effectiveness.
