Object - fields of drive average monthly values of air temperature and atmospheric pressure in the western sector of the southern hemisphere; techniques - multivariate statistical analysis (cluster, correlation, and regression component analysis), methods of stochastic processes (mutual spectral analysis, methods of detection of hidden periodicity and time series smoothing); results - setting the degree of communication phenomenon El Nino-La Nina fields with the structures of drive temperature and atmospheric pressure in middle and low latitudes western sector of the southern hemisphere. It is shown that in years extremes smoothed rows principal component fields in tropical regions consistent with the years of occurrence of El Nino and La Nina . The obtained characteristics distant and close by spatial and temporal scales reviews the main component fields of temperature and atmospheric pressure in the temperate latitudes of the South Pacific and the Atlantic oceans volatility principal components of these fields in the regions of action phenomena ENSO.; the branch of using - National Antarctic Scientific Center of Ukraine.
