Byelousov A. Mechanisms of public risk management of emergency situations of technogenic and natural character

Object of research: process of public administration of technogenic and natural emergencies risks. Purpose: justification and development of practical recommendations concerning improvement and perfection of mechanisms of public administration of technogenic and natural emergencies' risks. Methods: analysis, synthesis, logical, dialectic, generalization, complex and system approaches, statistical analysis, comparison, analysis of risk management problems, monographic and abstract-logical. Results: theoretical bases and conceptual approaches concerning improvement of public administration of technogenic and natural emergencies' risks have been substantiated. Novelty: conceptual approach concerning creation of the complex information mechanism of public administration of technogenic and natural emergencies' risks, which basis is the scientific and educational model, has been proved; ways of development of legal mechanism of emergencies' risks public administration have been improved; the conceptual framework of public administration by specification of essence of the concept "public administration of technogenic and natural emergencies' risks" etc. has gained further development. It is introduced in activities of Head department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kharkiv area, Department on civil protection of Kherson Regional State Administration.
