Kosova E. The financial mechanism of management the bank equities

In the thesis theoretical principles, methodological foundations and practical recommendations on the formation the financial mechanism of management of bank equities are grounded. Bank equities as an object of financial management due to financial and value approaches is identified as well as a system approach to description of the content and components of the financial mechanism of management of bank equities is applied. The conceptual foundation of improving the financial mechanism of management the bank equities was developed on the basis of value theories and modern institutional theories, the principles of corporate management and changing the accents from tactics to strategy in managing bank equities. The capitalization of the banking system, adequacy and quality of the bank equities were analyzed in the thesis at the macro level. The efficiency of formation and using the stakeholders' equity was researched. The results of research are: the development of methodological recommendations on the implementation the international standards of recognition, valuation the equities and improvement of quality of the bank's dividend policy, development of methods for assessing the adequacy and forecasting the value of bank equities.
