In the dissertation represented research of the methods of calculating the basic parameters three masses of vibration jaw crusher and calculating energy losses of crushing process for the purpose to increase efficiency of working process. Executed assessment and analysis of the major energy laws of destruction of the materials. The theoretical study of destruction process of the material were carried out. In the study of energy losses of the process of crushing of material was reviewed volumetric model. This model includes two stress-strain state of the material: to the formation of gap zone and after the formation of gap zone. The study of influence of the dynamic and kinematic parameters on the efficiency of three masses of the vibration jaw crusher and performs calculations of stress-strain state of its design. Performed measurement and analysis of kinematic and force parameters of three masses of the vibration jaw crusher on the basis of experimental studies. Based on the results of research was offered the algorithms of calculation of basic parameters and optimal control modes crusher, was developed a design of three masses of the vibration jaw crusher, which is protected by patents of Ukraine for utility models.
