Essay

The research work discusses how to raise the efficiency of controlled ovarian stimulation by reducing the anovulatory infertility development factors and optimizing the prognosis, diagnostics and treatment algorithm for the above disorder, with simultaneous improvement of the conventional treatment and preventive measures. The author has determined the rate of chronic anovulation in the structure of anovulatory infertility; has justified the connection between the psycho-emotional factors and functional disorders of the pituitary-hypothalamus ovarian system; has specified the role of abnormalities in hormonal, functional and genetic biomarkers which make it possible to assess the patient's reproductive dysfunction level. The work contains extended data on the pathogenesis of anovulatory infertility, which allows scientific improvement of the algorithm for preparation to controlled ovarian stimulation or the use of Assisted Reproductive Technologies in women with anovulatory infertility and chronic anovulation, subject to preliminary psychotherapeutic correction. The author suggests a new approach to managing women with anovulatory infertility using an adapted ethiopathogenetic protocol for controlled ovarian stimulation in ART programs. A set of diagnostic and therapeutic measures developed and justified for women with anovulatory infertility has enabled a 1.74-fold increase in the treatment efficiency for chronic anovulation based on the suggested method, along with a 30 % reduction in the treatment cost.
