Shchyrba M. Temporal action of normative legal acts of Ukraine: theoretical and applied aspects.

The thesis is devoted to general theoretical analysis of temporal action of legal normative acts, identification of key common regularities of temporal action of normative legal acts of Ukraine, their features in modern conditions. The thesis identified key attributes of temporal action of normative legal acts, on the basis of which the concept of "temporal action of legal normative acts" is defined, the relationship with related concepts are clarified. One discovered chronological and chronometric attributes of legal normative acts, the nature of the entry into force, suspension, termination of normative legal acts and directions of their temporal action. One specifies the definition of "enactment", "suspension", "termination", "direction of temporal action" of normative legal acts, defines the concepts of "the procedure of the establishing of temporal action of normative legal acts” and “the procedure of the determination of temporal direction of normative legal acts ". One improved positions about direct, inverse, experiencing temporal action of normative legal acts, formed the main position concerning the establishing and determination of the direction of temporal action of normative normative legal acts.
