Essay

This research is devoted to study the moral-legal principles in Family Law and their individual species. Defined the concept of moral-legal principles, their characteristics and place in the system of principles of Family Law of Ukraine; disclosed the content of principles of justice, good faith, reasonableness, compliance with the moral principles of society in Family Law. Showed the influence of moral-legal principles regulating family relations under the agreement and consent, defined the place and role of such principles in the legal mechanism of family regulation.
