Kalinichenko A. Improvement of administration mechanisms for management of children's health and rest in Ukraine

The thesis defines conceptual approaches to the analysis of the study of public administration sphere of children's health and rest as a scientific theory and practice. It clarified the essential characteristics and the basic concepts of "public administration in the sphere of children's health and rest", "rehabilitation of children", "children's rest", "mechanism of public administration", "recreation and health services". Improvement of theoretical and methodological foundations for the implementation of a systematic approach to the management of children's health and rest provides for the formation of the state policy in the sphere of health and rest on general value principles (humanization, democratization, individualization and differentiation). This requires the introduction of new form of management - contracting between the central and regional authorities, the creation of an interdepartmental coordination council and regional methodical centers.
