Parfijonov I. A state mechanism of project management of regional development in Ukraine

The system of state regulation of regional development in Ukraine. To prove the main components of the institutional model of state mechanism project management of regional development; justify the approach to the partner network as an institutional form of mechanism design of regional development; develop proposals public authorities for the practical use of scientific results. Research methods are: abstraction, generalization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, systems analysis, analytical, comparative and logical-semantic, structural and functional analysis, decomposition, Economics and Statistics, theoretical modeling. It is proved that the use of project-based approach in the development of program documents provides a significant improvement of state regulation of regional development in two ways: as a process to ensure effective implementation of the set changes; as a system of organizational, legal and resource support project management and software development areas. This is reflected in the structure developed institutional environment project activities of public authorities. Case studies in the Department of Economics of Ivano-Frankivsk regional state administration, Kirovohrad Regional State Administration National Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of Ukraine, the State Enterprise "City of the Future".
