Dissertation for the degree of candidate of technical sciences. A new design of a vibratory mixer which realizes complex spatial oscillations of the drum, and thus enhances the efficiency of the mixing process the concrete mixture. Determined physical-mechanical model of a dynamical system "mixer - concrete mixture", derived the equations of motion of the system under investigation, according to the analytical determination of the oscillation amplitudes are determined according to account for the influence of the mass properties of the mixture. The laws of motion of the mixing drum of circular and linear amplitude fluctuations and exposure to the structural, physical and mechanical characteristics of the system, the direction, type and ratio of the disturbing loads that cause circular and torsional vibrations. Theoretical and experimental studies have confirmed the effectiveness of the developed design, the proposed method of calculation vibrating mixer, implementation of the results of research carried out in the educational process and production.
