Essay

The work extended presents pathogenic theories of low back pain in wenman with accompanying chronic adnexitis. The relations between lumbosacral osteochondrosis and chronic adnexitis in low back pain formation were revealed. Different functional and organic neurological breaches of periferal nervous system are arising during low back pain formation. It was proved that low back pain has similar cliniconeurological symptomocomplex in patients with lumbosacral osteochondrosis and vertebrogenous pathology and with accompanying chronic adnexitis. But it was proved that more expressive and vegetative painted painful symptom with sensory breaches prevalence on the territory with involving in other dermatomers is inherent in ith accompanying pathology chronic adnexitis. The work extended presents clinical, features of motion, physiopathology mechanisms, structural changes of intervertebral disks low back pain with the changes of emotional sphere for the women of fertile age with concomitant pathology of organs of small pelvis. The got results allow to form a diagnostically-curative algorithm.
