Essay

The object of study - construction projects and technology of erection frame buildings from monolithic concrete with disassembled resettable formwork. The aim of the thesis: reducing the share of consumption of resources in the production of reinforced concrete structures in systems disassembled resettable formwork. Methods: a systematic structural analysis and systems theory when justifying factors determining the results of the work to establish observation chronometer duration, analysis of variance in the processing of observational data, analysis and synthesis of results in the implementation, simulation and computer experiment - to study TEI work. Theoretical and practical results: It means that unit labor costs for installing and dismantling the various disassembled resettable formwork; developed and implemented a methodology of organizational and process design and implementation of concrete activities in disassembled formwork; The improved design of formwork systems and technologies of their performance in the preparation of investment projects. Scientific novelty: the first set of fluctuations TEI construction of monolithic skeletons in disassembled formwork. It shows the difference in the cost structure for different methods of acquisition and use of formwork; for the first time quantified the specific amount of time, depending on the variety disassembled resettable formwork; It has developed a substantiation of directions and development of constructive and technological solutions for resource-saving production of reinforced concrete structures in the disassembled formwork with a decrease in the main TEI. Degree of implementation: proposed and patented design and technological improvements of modern formwork systems to account for the characteristics and conserve resources in the construction designs. Improved standards of time taken for the introduction of software package AВК. These results are used by LLC "RIF" and CHPTKP "Wagri" when choosing a set of formwork for the construction of scaffolds, which provided the overall economic effect 73.77 thousand. UAH.
