Object - postoperative ventral hernias and peritoneal reaction to aloplastic implantation; the aim - to increase the efficacy of postoperative ventral hernias surgical treatment by laparoscopic hernioplasty and the expression of peritoneal reaction to aloplastic implantation comparative experimental investigation; methods - experimental, clinical, laboratory, instrumental, functional, pathophysiological, biochemical and statistical; results - firstly it was experimentally showed the absence of polytetrafuoroethylene (PTF) mesh with nitinol frame (NF) influence rats' motor activity, their emotional behavior and pain sensitivity, It was firstly experimentally revealed markers of collagen degradation decreased concentrations in the rats blood after PTF mesh with NF implantation pertaining the same data in the other groups of rats indicating that lack of processes collagen synthesis after its intraperitoneal implantation, the new method of patients with POVH and recurrent ventral hernias miniinvazive treatment was firstly developed using PTF meshes with NF, author proved both indications and contraindications for laparoscopic hernioplasty different types, dissertator firstly obtained new data concerning immediate and postponed clinical results using laparoscopic hernioplasty with PTF mesh with NF in patients with POVH.
