Research is dedicated to improving the complex treatment of patients with opioid dependence. Based on the analysis of the spectrum and substance disorders of hemostasis characteristic of this pathology, the expediency of incorporating low-frequency piezoelectric thromboelastography for dynamic monitoring of hemostasis, functional tests with a double local hypoxia upper limb to determine the reserve capacity of hemostasis and rapid opioid detoxification in combination with membrane plasmapheresis with the subsequent appointment bemiparin low molecular weight heparin 2500 IU 1 per day for 5 days. Effect of research rapid opioid detoxification, membrane plasmapheresis the combination with low molecular weight heparin on hemostasis system. Determined that the proposed integrated circuit correction of hemostasis in patients with opioid dependence reduces the severity of their condition, the number of thrombotic complications and period of stay in the ICU and in the hospital. Confirmed the safety of the proposed technique. Design and implementation of practical recommendations for diagnosis, prevention and comprehensive correction of thrombotic complications in patients with opioid dependence.
